The multiple desktop shortcuts are at the bottom of the screen just above the task bar. Click that and you will add a second blank desktop that can be toggled to. If you look to the bottom right of your desktop there is a “+” sign that says “New Desktop”. Once clicked all your open windows will be grouped in the center of your screen. Click the “Task View” icon located on the Task Bar. I can quickly toggle to each clients’ environment by switching desktops. I’ve started using this feature to load programs, web pages, and apps having a specific desktop for each of my clients. I love being organized, so the next awesome feature is multiple desktops.

You can stay organized by pinning the programs and apps you use here. It is also very easy to customize the preloaded apps on your new start menu. I am so relieved that my entire screen isn’t taken over anymore when I need to navigate to programs and apps. Especially the “Throw Back” to the Start Menu of Windows 7. It’s a good idea to wait until you are not busy and then start the installation.Īt first glance, I do like the changes.
